This blog
contains the Reprisal Edit version of Dilbara,
the tapori number from Dhoom. It was
four minutes and 36 seconds long.
The original,
which was the weakest track on the soundtrack of the film, was four seconds
shorter.
It wouldn’t be
incorrect to state that the song, which was rendered by Abhijeet Bhattacharya
and Sowmya Raoh*, was hatke
(different).
After all, it
featured a few smart lines mouthed (not sung) by Abhishek Bachchan, one of the
film’s protagonists.
The track was
penned by Sameer and composed by Pritam.
(*Note: They sang the original too.)
