It was run-of-the-MiLl, but entertaining

O Yaara Dhol Bajaake, the title track of Dhol (2007), resembled a number of tracks that Pritam composed at the beginning of his solo career – upbeat and seemingly incomplete without a portion in English.

Although its shelf life was short, there’s no doubt that the song, which was four minutes and 12 seconds long, was entertaining.

Penned by Irshad Kamil, it was rendered by Mika Singh and Labh Janjua.

Version 2 of the song (a Janjua solo) was 16 seconds longer, and Version 3 (sung by Soham Chakraborty and Suhail Kaul) was a second shorter.
