This track was certainly A(b)hi(jee)t

Even if one claims that he/she doesn’t like any of the songs rendered by Abhijeet Bhattacharya, he/she can’t deny that Lamha Lamha, from Gangster, is one of his finest to date.

While Version 1 of the track, a solo, was five minutes and 24 seconds long, Version 2 was a duet. It was as long as the first version, but the difference was that he was joined behind the microphone by Sunidhi Chauhan.

They were penned by Neelesh Misra.

Pritam was inspired by Kal Shab Dekha Maine, a 1998 track by Pakistani singer Waris Baig.
