Kunnath couldn’t salvage the track

Compared to the other songs on the soundtrack of Bhool Bhulaiyaa (2007), Allah Hafiz was indeed a let-down.

Although it was about the metaphorical safar (Hindi for journey), it wouldn’t be wrong to say that the listeners suffered. Mercifully, not for too long, as it was the shortest song in the film (it was four minutes and 34 seconds long).

Penned by Sameer, it was composed by Pritam (who was partly inspired by the title track of Amr Diab’s 1998 album Awedony).

It was among the lows in the career of KK, who rendered it.
