Remo certainly wasn’t D’Mello(w) one

Although Signal, from Bhagam Bhag, wasn’t mind-blowing, cricket buffs might like the song which inspired it (Signal For Lara*).

The track, which was five minutes long, was penned by Sameer and composed by Pritam.

Remo Fernandes and Suzanne D’Mello rendered it.

Its remixed version was four minutes and 56 seconds long.

[*Note: It was a Soca number from the 1995 album Happy Carnival by the Trinidadian musician Superblue (Austin Lyons). He paid homage to his compatriot, cricketer Brian Lara, who scored 375 against England in Antigua in 1994. It was then the highest Test score.]
