Shehzada is the Urdu word for ‘prince’.
And there is no
two ways about the fact that while Mohammed Rafi was the emperor of playback
singing, Sonu Nigam is the shehzada.
Indeed, the latter
was the right man to lend his voice to that film’s title track.
If Pritam’s
compositions on its soundtrack were arranged in the alphabetical order, it
would be the last of those.
And if they were
arranged in the descending order of their durations, it would be the second –
it was three minutes and 47 seconds long.
