If the five songs from Tadap in my collection were arranged in the alphabetical order, and in the descending order of their durations, Hoye Ishq Na would be the second – it was four minutes and 39 seconds long.
In fact, it was one of the two songs in the film that
didn’t begin with T, and one of the three that didn’t have multiple versions.
It was rendered by B Praak, and featured a rap portion,
which was credited to Dino James.
The track, which was written by Irshad Kamil, was
composed by Pritam Chakraborty.
